Take your study to the next level with a Masters of Applied Social Science (Counselling) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP)
Graduates of the Graduate Diploma of Emotionally Focused Therapy offered by the Institute for Emotionally Focused Therapy are eligible to enter ACAP's Master of Applied Social Science (Counselling) with credit which reduces the length of time needed to complete the Masters.* ACAP's Masters offers the opportunity to study on-campus or flexibly (online or by distance education)** or a mix of all three, full or part-time depending on what suits your lifestyle. The Masters is designed for those who already have a background in counselling and want to upskill or further develop their knowledge in a specific area and is accredited by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) meaning you graduate with a qualification that is well recognised by industry.
For further information on the Masters or details of the credit for which you will be eligible, contact ACAP on 1800 061 199, or by email at email@example.com, or fill in an enquiries form on the ACAP website: http://www.acap.edu.au/CoursesInformationRequest/home.html
*Time needed to complete the Masters will vary depending on credit given and whether the student studies full or part-time.
**To ensure that you meet the requirements of the counselling industry, students undertaking the Master of Applied Social Science (Counselling) who study exclusively in a flexible mode must attend face-to face Counsellor Development Workshops (CDW's).
